Where can I find my PIN Code?

Your PIN Code can be found printed on the inside of specially-marked Kellogg’s* products and will look similar to this: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

How do I complete the online order form if I don’t have an email address?

The Activity Tracker Promotion is available online only. You will need a valid email address in order to place an order and to receive our email confirming your order.

Can two people in the same household participate in the Activity Tracker Promotion?

Yes.

Is there a limit to the number of Activity Trackers that I can order?

No. There is no limit

How do I know if my order was successful?

After completing the online order form and clicking the “Complete Section” button, you will see a “Thank you for ordering” confirmation page when your order has been placed successfully. You may visit our www.kelloggs.ca/en_CA/contact-us.html page to send us an email. Be sure to include your first name, last name, full address, phone number, and email address information that was used to place the order.

How long will it take for me to receive my Activity Tracker?

Your Activity Tracker will be delivered to the mailing address you entered and confirmed during the order process and should arrive within approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the date you completed your order. Your Activity Tracker will be sent to you via Canada Post.

My PIN Code is not being accepted online, what can I do?

First, try re-entering the PIN Code to make sure you entered the PIN Code correctly. Each PIN Code is 12 characters long and contains both letters and numbers. All PIN Codes follow the same format. An example of what a PIN Code looks like is: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. PIN Codes are not case sensitive. If the PIN Code is still not being accepted, you might have already entered that PIN Code. It says my PIN Code is invalid, what do I do?

If you receive the error message 'Sorry, that is not a valid PIN Code' please re-check your PIN Code and confirm that you are entering it correctly. If you require additional assistance, please visit our Contact Us page at www.kelloggs.ca/en_CA/contact-us.html to send us an email.
